Martin Denyer

Martin has spent the past 25 years working in his role as a Tour Manager.

His passions are sharing travel experiences with others, watching sport and delivering great service. 

He began his career in tourism with Thomas Cook, escorting tours to the Canadian Rockies, before moving on to join Journeys of Distinction, hosting groups to destinations all around the globe.

It was always Martin’s ambition to find a job that combined sport and travel. He’s managed to achieve this as a tour manager, having escorted groups to FIFA World Cups, the Olympics, Grand Prix, tennis tournaments and various US sports events.

The most extensive part of Martin’s career, however, has been spent escorting cricket supporter's tours. Martin has been fortunate to watch cricket in many grounds around the world, and top of his bucket list is to one day watch cricket in Pakistan.
