A beautiful family villa located near to the peaceful seaside town of Hermanus and a short 5 minute stroll from two of the areas best beaches.
With five bedrooms this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The master bedroom can be found on the upper level and features an ensuite bathroom with both a bath and separate shower cubicle. On the lower level are the remaining 4 bedrooms – one of which has a double bed, another two with twin beds and a childrens room with a pair of bunk beds. Two of the bedrooms have an ensuite while a separate bathroom is shared by the remaining two bedrooms.
There is a spacious sitting room upstairs, complete with pool table, leading onto a covered balcony furnished with comfy chairs, a dining table and a built in barbeque.
Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen is open plan to a large sitting room and dining area. French doors lead out to the private walled garden and in the warm summer months there is a table and bench set beneath the mature trees where you can while away the hours with a good book.
One of the most popular times to visit Hermanus is between the months of June to December when the Southern Right whales are can be seen off the coast. The Black Opal Team will be happy to arrange boat trips to see these majestic creatures or arrange any of the numerous other activities available in the area.
