This impressive villa was the project of renowned Ibizan design consultants Blakstad whose use of Ibenco traditions and modern sleek lines has created a fabulous property which has proven to be a popular choice with families who return year on year.
The ground floor comprises the open plan kitchen, complete with SMEG appliances, dining area for up to 8 people and the main living room area which leads to the spacious covered terrace, cleverly designed to offer seating and dining areas. To the left of the large saltwater swimming pool is yet another dining area with BBQ and on the right is an outdoor lounge area, this villa certainly offers ample opportunities to soak up the tranquil atmosphere of the surrounds.
Split across three levels are the seven bedrooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom featuring a private terrace and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. Adjacent to this is a small bedroom suitable for children which shares the bathroom with the master suite. There is a double en-suite bedroom on the ground floor with the remaining four bedrooms on the lower ground floor, one of which is accessed only from the exterior.
Daily housekeeping is available for up to 6 hours a day with linen and towels changed weekly.
