If you are looking for stylish townhouse accommodation at the heart of Pollensa’s historic quarter, Can Bugera offers modern and airy amenities, in a private setting, just steps from the main square.

Restored to a high standard, with beautiful fixtures and fittings, this is simply a little haven in a fantastic location, close to pavement restaurants, bars and shops. Stepping inside there is a spacious beamed hallway, leading through to the open plan kitchen and dining area, with a comfortable corner seating area looking onto the lower internal terrace.

Through the sliding doors, you’ll step outside to find loungers and a small private plunge pool, perfect for a dip after a hot day in the town. Behind the pool there’s also an al fresco eating area, with dining table, covered barbeque and separate seating area, which is a lovely spot to take a morning coffee or evening night cap.

Up the marble staircase, on the first floor, there is one master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, with two further twin bedrooms sharing a separate shower room. There is also a small outdoor terrace on this upper floor, with space for two loungers to take in the sunshine, overlooking the pool below and rooftops beyond.
