Set in stunning tropical gardens, the stone façade, archways and pillars give the villa a Moorish feel. Set over one level, there are tiled floors and white-washed walls throughout, with beautiful beamed ceilings and tasteful touches in the terracotta pots and wrought iron chandeliers.
Inside there is a well-fitted dining kitchen with window to the side and doors opening to the terrace, a comfortably furnished lounge with feature fireplace, as well as the three guest bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. The bedrooms are light and airy, with white linens and wood furnishings - there are one double and two twin rooms, two of which are air-conditioned.
There is lots of space to enjoy outside, with an outdoor dining table leading from the kitchen, as well as a rustic stone barbeque kitchen/dining area. Alongside the pool are more chairs and a table, as well as sun loungers, so you won’t be short of a spot to enjoy the sunshine or find a shady corner to relax. There’s even a separate utility area, with shower room, toilet and washing machine, for guests’ convenience.
The swimming pool here is certainly a fabulous feature, 11 metres in length, with Roman steps, a shallow end for children and a pool Jacuzzi, whilst the surrounding gardens offer more space to enjoy.
At Villa Las Palmeres, you can enjoy space and privacy, with the bustle of Pollensa and the surrounding beaches just a short drive away.
