Join Black Opal and our partners, Jenahura Golf, on an exclusive 12-night trip taking in three of South Africa's main attractions; the bustling city of Cape Town, the world renowned vineyards of the Winelands and the natural majesty of a big game safari. All this combined with opportunity to play on no less than five world-class, 18-hole courses in some truly stunning locations, and you have a golfer's dream holiday.
You’ll arrive in Cape Town and settle in at The Commodore Hotel for three nights of luxury. Whilst staying in the city, you’ll be treated to rounds at both The Royal Cape Golf Club and Atlantic Beach Estate. The challenging courses enjoy breathtaking views across to Table Mountain.
You’ll also have time at leisure in the city before we embark on the next stage of the trip; venturing into the famous Winelands. This will begin with in the town of Paarl where you will play on what is undoubtedly one of the Western Cape’s most prestigious courses – the Jack Nicklaus designed Pearl Valley. Vineyard tours will, of course, be provided and your base will be the Steenberg Hotel & Spa. You’ll also play on Peter Matkovich's masterpiece course and be taken to Chapmans Peak for the perfect sundowner setting.
Then it’s on to the final stage of the tour, flights to Kruger, where a five-night stay at Oliver’s offers the perfect base for golfing and safari. You’ll catch the last days of play of the Alfred Dunhill Championship, enjoy a full day’s safari and even get to play at the at Leopard Creek Country Club before bidding farewell.

The golf begins today! This afternoon you will enjoy 18-holes at The Royal Cape Golf Club.
Established in 1885, The Royal Cape is the oldest course in Southern Africa. With a backdrop of Table Mountain, this prestigious course has hosted the South African Open on 10 occasions.

This morning you'll travel to the Atlantic Beach Estate for 18-holes on the par 72 coastal links course.
With stunning views across Table Bay to Table Mountain, this beautifully designed course winds its way through undulating dunes. The fairways and greens accentuated by naturally occurring Fynbos, a type of flora only found in certain regions of South Africa.
The morning's golf will be followed by lunch at a local eatery.

After an early breakfast you will transfer to the Winelands town of Paarl where you will play on what is undoubtedly one of the Western Capes most prestigious courses - Pearl Valley.
Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the course boasts pristinely manicured fairways, exceptional bunkering and the ingenious use of water features. A challenge to even the most experienced of players.
Following your round enjoy lunch in The Valley Restaurant which offers spectacular views over the course.

This morning we will travel to the Cape Winelands to enjoy a full day visiting some of the regions best Vineyards.
Following your excursion you will transfer to Constantia, where Steenberg Hotel & Spa, your home for the next two nights.

After breakfast, transfer the short distance to Steenbergs very own Peter Matkovich designed course.
The course's unique design makes full use of natural features including the surrounding vineyards, pine forest and gentle waterways. Its environmental diversity gives the course its unique character.
Following a leisurely lunch at Steenberg, you will drive along Chapmans Peak on the Atlantic Seaboard, stopping to enjoy an African sunset while sipping on your favourite tipple.

This morning you will transfer to Cape Town Airport in time for your onward flight to the Kruger.
On arrival at Kruger Mpumalanga airport you will be greeted and transferred to Oliver's, your final destination on the trip. You will enjoy 5-nights accommodation at this exclusive property conveniently located for Leopard Creek Country Club and the Kruger National Park.

Today you will spend the day at the final day's play of the Alfred Dunhill Championship taking place at Leopard Creek Country Club.
Last year's tournament was won by Louis Oosthuizen who saw of rival Charl Schwartzel with a dramatic par save on the final hole.

Embark on a full day private safari to the world-renowned Kruger National Park, where your expert guides will introduce you to the plentiful wildlife that call it home.
Witness Africa's Big 5 in their natural environment from your open 4x4 safari vehicle. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local rest stop before returning to your hotel late afternoon.

Early morning tee times have been reserved at Leopard Creek Country Club, follow in the footsteps of many a great golfer as you enjoy this fantastic course.
Keep your eyes peeled as you navigate round as sightings of crocodile, hippo, antelope, buffalo and elephant are commonplace on the course.
